In Brazil, an useful platform that I know is Nova Escola (https://novaescola.org.br/) that makes a lot of content available to Brazilian teachers of different subjects.
TES is a popular online forum where teachers in the UK share resources.

In Chile, teachers use websites to support curriculum such as EducarChile or Mineduc (Ministry of Education). I don't know of a Chilean based site that shares resources, but only provide additional material, a bit different from Teachers Pay Teachers.

Here in the Philippines, we have DepEd commons, DepEd tambayan, LMRDS (Learning Resources Management and Development System). The usual FB groups for teachers, free webinars for teachers created by publishing companies.
In India, we have websites and App's like NCERT, ePathshala and IGNOU , SWAYAM which provide online resources and learning platforms to students across the world from Grade I to PHD.
In Kenya, we have telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp, IG and lately Zoom and all these are making the teaching and learning experience accessible and so much fun.
In the UAE, I am not aware of a community besides the ADEK website to shareresources. However, I use TES and Teacher Pay Teachers , besides a few others to get my resources.

Students are learning from home . So many media become active like for teachers we use “teacher vision television”. Through google they have presented google classroom and in it they use google doc, slideshare, Dropbox etc. we use Virtual classroom. Using “you tube” and web browsing is a good practice.

I belong to some groups in Facebook about English teachers in Colombia where we can finds job or share resources for our classes. Also there are some annual events as ASOCOPI to share classroom experiences. The different university magazines about ELT such as: Profile, Colombian Applied Linguistics, LACLIL among others.
